Thank you for shopping at MyEcardPro.

The terms “company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to MyecardPro.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

We do not offer a return policy. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned. In the event you received a defective product, a replacement will be sent with no additional cost. Here at MyecardPro, we are committed to going above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your product.

If there are any issues or concerns with your MyecardPro order, please feel free to send an email to contact@myecardpro.com so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Custom MyecardPro Card

Custom products are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. In the unfortunate event your product is faulty due to chip malfunction that is beyond repair by MyecardPro Technology. MyecardPro Technology will endeavour to provide replacement at no additional cost with returned the faulty card to our HQ. If the faulty card found that has been altered by any NFC third party apps, lock or erase, we do not bear any mistakes done by the user.

Production Timeline

Your order completion depends totally on our production schedule and on-demand. Occasionally, some of our custom products require more days of completion if necessary. We are constantly monitoring our production schedule and you’ll receive a courier notification via email/call/Whatsapp once shipped.

Late or Missing Items

If you’ve waited for longer than 30 days and you still have not received your product yet, please contact us at support@myecardpro.com.

If any of your MyecardPro product went missing or loss during or after warranty period, we will provide you a replacement discounted package at 10% off.

Reprint Policy

If you received a printed product that you’re dissatisfied with, please inform us via email and provide pictures of the product to support@myecardpro.com. Please highlight what you consider deficient, so we may advise and make changes where necessary.

Any error in production or you received anything different from the submitted artwork in website or approved proof; MyecardPro Technology will provide a reprint with no additional cost to you.

We cannot, however, be held responsible for customer errors, inability to visualise the final product(s) or inexperience with respect to warnings* sent out with all artwork proofs.

MyecardPro Product Warranty

Any of related to MyecardPro smart product, custom or non-custom within 6 months upon purchased are responsible by MyecardPro Technology. Warranty period related to smart product covers NFC chip and printing in the event of any cases related to previous clauses.

Return Policy

On the odd occasion, you may be asked to return the product. Please only do this when MyecadPro Technology has requested.

To return your product, you should courier or handover your product directly to:

Unit 6, Level 4, Setiawalk Mall (Block K) Setiawalk, Persiaran Wawasan Pusat Bandar Puchong, 47160 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.

We will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping Policy

MyecardPro Technology is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.

Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves.

Tracking Number Shipment

As MyecardPro custom creates its products per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed within product given timeline. You may be able to track your order once received notification via email or SMS by the courier company.
